Why is one side of my earbuds louder than the other? – Edifier

Check whether there is any dirt blocking the output of the audio through the mesh, since the low volume of the earbuds has a lot to do with the dust filter mesh of the earbud being blocked by dirt or anything else.
Connect other audio devices to check the problem. You can pair the earbuds with another audio source device and play different music to see if the problem still exists.
Restore the earbuds to the factory setting to try again: Clear the pairing records in your phone first and then place the earbuds in the charging case, triple click the button on the case to enter the TWS pairing mode. During the process, the white light will flash slowly and then flash rapidly. Then you can set your new device to pair with the earbuds.
