Check if the speaker is powered ON, attempt to increase the volume using either the master volume control or the remote control.
Verify that the audio cables are securely plugged in and the power source is secured.
Confirm that there is a signal output from the audio source.
If the R1280Ts speaker does not power on, make sure that the main power is connected and the wall outlet is switched on.
If you hear noise from the speakers, keep in mind that EDIFIER speakers typically produce very little noise, but some audio devices may have high background noise.
To troubleshoot, try unplugging the audio cables and turning up the volume. If you cannot hear any sound from a distance of 1 meter away from the speaker, this suggests that there is no problem with the EDIFIER product.
