Audio plays only from one speaker when connected to a turntable

If you connect a turntable to the active speaker via RCA cables and experience “output from only one speaker unit”, this is typically a sign of a small maintenance issue with the turntable. To prove this, reverse the RCA plugs on the active speaker resulting in red plug to white port and white plug to red port. The plugs in the turntable are NOT switched for this test. If the audio switches to the other speaker, it is the turntable at fault. Please contact your turntable manufacturer for instructions on how to “properly set the tracking”. If the issue remains on the same channel, it is the speakers at fault. Please contact our customer service team for troubleshooting and assistance.
