What if the Speaker Rattles?

If one of the speakers rattles while working, please do the following:

1: Disconnect then reconnect the speakers, switch the ends of the speaker connecting cable and make sure all cables are correctly and firmly connected, and then try another input mode with another audio device (not your current audio device and input mode);

2: Set the bass knob on the control speaker to the minimum, and decrease the volume on your audio devices;

3: If the problem persists, please submit a support ticket.
