After being turned back on, why does my speaker alter its Volume levels?

If the volume falls below 20% when the speaker is turned off, it will be automatically adjusted to 20% when turned on again. Volume levels between 20% and 80% will remain unchanged when the speaker is powered back on. However, if the volume exceeds 80% when turning off, it will be reset to 80% upon being powered back on.
